Our leadership team left careers at large global consulting firms to create ThinkMax, a firm with a high degree of agility to serve the needs of mid-market enterprises in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail industries in North America.

Marc Belliveau, President

Marc Belliveau is the president and a founding partner of ThinkMax. Marc has over 19 years of consulting experience in business process improvement and information technology implementations. Prior to founding ThinkMax, Marc was a Partner with Deloitte in the Consulting practice in Canada where he led the National Practice for Microsoft Dynamics implementation services.

Marc has worked primarily with mid-market organizations in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail industries where he has led many projects in business process improvement, technology strategy and ERP implementations with Microsoft Dynamics AX, J.D. Edwards, Peoplesoft, Siebel and Oracle.

Yves Giguère, Vice-president

Yves Giguère is the vice-president and a founding partner of ThinkMax. Yves has over 24 years of consulting and industry experience in business process improvement and technology implementations. Prior to founding ThinkMax, Yves was a Senior Manager at Deloitte in the Technology Practice in Canada and a leader in the Microsoft Dynamics national practice.

Yves has led many technology implementation projects, both large-scale and small, for mid-sized organizations. He has significant experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX and J.D. Edwards, primarily in the Manufacturing, Distribution and Retail industries.

Richard Forest, Director of Business Development

Richard Forest is the Director of Business Development at ThinkMax.

Éric Lampron, Director of Technology

Éric Lampron is the Director of Technology and a Partner at ThinkMax. He is ThinkMax’s Senior Technical Architect and Project Manager. Éric has over 11 years of technology consulting experience as a Project Manager and as the Lead Technical Architect. Éric specializes in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Business Intelligence implementations. Prior to ThinkMax, Éric was a Manager at Deloitte in the Canadian Technology Practice and a leader in the Microsoft Dynamics practice.

Patrick Guedj, Director of Software Development and Business Intelligence

Patrick Guedj is the Director of Software Development and Business Intelligence, and a Partner at Thinkmax. He has over 6 years of experience in Management Consulting and Information Technology. Patrick's areas of expertise include leading the design of customized solutions for applications, and leading Business Intelligence projects. Prior to ThinkMax, Patrick was a Consultant at Deloitte in the Canadian Technology Practice and a leader in the Microsoft Dynamics practice
