To unify touchpoints and support modern point of sales, Thinkmax embedded the client’s legacy e-commerce and enterprise resource planning platforms in Microsoft Dynamics 365 in an Azure cloud environment. Our solution enhanced management of customer relations, loyalty cards, products, pricing, promotions, and inventories. Information is now completely synchronized across multiple systems. Crucial to our success was customizing solutions to integrate our Microsoft platform with the client’s existing systems based on third-party technology. This project strongly demonstrates our flexibility and expertise.
