We’re looking for a Content Marketing Strategist to join our team of passionate, hard-working, creative marketers. Is it you? Well, let us tell you what you can expect in your new role:


  • Create and execute a content strategy that takes our thought leadership to the next level.
  • Plans, writes and edits content; ensures it is clear, compelling and properly distributed across web and social platforms; and adheres to a consistent brand identity.
  • Own and take initiative to run content marketing programs with our partners to connect with our prospects and customers, and you’ll get to work with some great copywriters and graphic designers to see your ideas come into fruition (it could be blog articles, newsletters, video creation, client showcases, podcasts, etc.)
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented, and website kept up-to-date and animated with new content and information (events, jobs, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other members of the Sales, Marketing, Solutions and Partners such as Microsoft (and others) teams to create content that meets business' needs
  • Be an example to the team and company on what it means to create compelling content – whether that means by hosting content workshops or pushing others to make sure our content explains the real value of our solutions
  • Manage editorial calendar and keep content audit up to date
  • Manage relationship with 3rd partner content/digital agencies (Design, SEO/SEM)
  • Manage and animate social presence
  • Collaborate regularly with external editors and copywriter to create the content which defines us 
  • Work with the Managers to ensure all content is relevant and on brand
  • Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly content calendars detailing all content and timing requirements. 
  • Ensure responsibility for content management and social listening tools
  • Determine KPIs for your content and report on their performance

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (marketing, business, communication, literature, journalism)
  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a content marketing role for a B2B tech/software company (Internet, eCommerce, Business Applications, ERP)
  • This role requires versatile writing, client-facing skills and SEO know-how
  • You are at ease with all digital channels; experience developing content that converts for online campaigns and email programs 
  • Familiar with storyboarding and at ease to manage project with third party (production, designer, video) 
  • You understand how to tailor that content to different digital and social media platforms
  • You love taking initiative so when we say run, you run. That means developing project goals, meeting with teammates to coordinate activities and put together project timelines, and keeping track of the status of a project (while also evaluating metrics and thinking “how could this be better?”)
  • You are a strong communicator – whether it’s through casual office chats, lots of IMing, or telephone, you’re able to communicate (verbally and written) with your peers and managers
  • You can work independently, and be part of a team of remote and non-remote workers
  • Of course, you love writing – and there’s nothing more satisfying to you than putting together a perfect sentence – and your writing portfolio shows that
  • Fluently bilingual (French and English)
  • SEO and Google analytics intermediate knowledge
