We want to expand our Support and Managed Services team by welcoming a Developer that will specialize in eCommerce and Digital solutions.

Reporting to the Managed Services Manager, Digital Support Services, you will be responsible for providing Tier 1 support to our customers. Thinkmax customers span a broad range of industries and require prompt and professional attention.

Responsibilities

  • Incident management
  • Provide support and be the primary contact for initial investigation of eCommerce issues.
  • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure proper recording of information in the incident management system.
  • Product development
  • Assist in the development of functionalities for customer eCommerce sites.
  • Assist in estimating and developing proposals for solutions.
  • Develop technical training and platform management documentation for business users.
  • Maintain up to date documentation related to customer environments, SOP’s, incident reporting, etc.
  • Proactively monitor customer eCommerce sites for issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Respond to incidents on an on-call rotational basis (24x7).
  • Participate in the delivery of eCommerce projects.

Your profile

  • Two-Year Community College program or bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
  • Web development experience (HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery);
  • Knowledge/Experience with a digital commerce solution (asset);
  • Knowledge/Experience with Azure DevOps and Git (asset);
  • Knowledge/Experience with ASP.NET and Razor (asset);
  • Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft Azure Application Insights (asset);
  • Understanding of the software development cycle;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Eager to learn, autonomy and have leadership qualities;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;
