  • Provide level 2 support experience of D365/AX2012 ERP platform for our existing customer base;
  • Analyze and propose solutions to clients based on best practices;
  • Understand client’s change requests and estimate required efforts.
  • Troubleshoot and solve supply chain related issues on any given module;
  • Create functional design documents, draft/complete scripts/tests to validate that the solution reflects client expectations with transparency. Work with vertical partner solutions;
  • Work in collaboration with internal and external technical departments for code change, coordination of code promotions, environment data copies, upgrades, updates of D365/AX;
  • Manage case requests to product group/engineering group of Microsoft;
  • Work with vertical partner solutions;
  • Maintain excellent customer relations, with the team and across teams.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant, support consultant or as a Super User for the D365/AX ERP software solution;
  • Understanding of finance and operation business processes;
  • Experience in integration with an online sales portal;
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills;
  • Ability to manage pressure and priorities;
  • Knowledge of data management and integration/data migration best practices
  • Knowledge of payment integrations
  • Proactivity and capacity to complete necessary research to manage cases outside his field of knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
