Responsibilities
- Provide level 2 support experience of D365/AX2012 ERP platform for our existing customer base;
- Analyze and propose solutions to clients based on best practices;
- Understand client’s change requests and estimate required efforts.
- Troubleshoot and solve supply chain related issues on any given module;
- Create functional design documents, draft/complete scripts/tests to validate that the solution reflects client expectations with transparency. Work with vertical partner solutions;
- Work in collaboration with internal and external technical departments for code change, coordination of code promotions, environment data copies, upgrades, updates of D365/AX;
- Manage case requests to product group/engineering group of Microsoft;
- Work with vertical partner solutions;
- Maintain excellent customer relations, with the team and across teams.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant, support consultant or as a Super User for the D365/AX ERP software solution;
- Understanding of finance and operation business processes;
- Experience in integration with an online sales portal;
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to manage pressure and priorities;
- Knowledge of data management and integration/data migration best practices
- Knowledge of payment integrations
- Proactivity and capacity to complete necessary research to manage cases outside his field of knowledge;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
