We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Manager for our head office based in the Montreal area, serving all of North America mainly Eastern Canada and U.S. Multiline business, multiregional, and having more than 160 employees, this opportunity allows you, among other things, to play an important role in the growth of the company. This role includes a large part of supervision but also an operational part.

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for the production of financial information to comply with regulatory and compliance requirements, as well as to provide the necessary information for decision-making and the achievement of the company's objectives.


  • Manage all functions and processes in the Finance department as well as manage a team of 3 to 5 people
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure effective operations across the organization
  • Manage daily cash and cash flow reports in collaboration with the Controller
  • Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
  • Validate, organize and improve internal controls, processes and procedures related to accounting operations in collaboration with the Controller
  • Participate in the improvement of the accounting system and ensure the smooth running of updates (tests, user training, etc.) in collaboration with the Controller
  • Coordinate, produce and review to support and respond to various ad-hoc requests from Executive Management
  • Implement best practices in accounting and financial management
  • Participate in various special projects

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • CPA designation
  • Experience with accounting and project reporting
  • Strong organizational skill with a strong sense of priorities
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written
  • Autonomy and leadership
  • Rigor, integrity and respect for confidentiality
  • Experience with a financial management system
  • Experience in a professional services firm (asset)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 or AX (asset)
