We want to expand our Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (Customer Engagement) team by welcoming a functional lead with D365 Sales and Marketing module implementation experience to our rapidly growing practice.

Reporting to the Vice-President of the D365 CE Practice, you will be responsible for leading all functional aspects of our D365 CE Sales and Marketing related projects, including driving successful end to end implementations. You may be responsible for one or more aspects of the project including eliciting and documenting requirements; Microsoft Dynamics CE configuration, delivering end user training and more. You must be extremely detail-oriented, be able to multitask, be meticulously organized, and be able to prioritize multiple demands in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and driving small to medium size projects;
  • Gathering and documenting business processes (some current state, mostly future state);
  • Leading and driving requirements gathering sessions;
  • Conducting design review sessions with the customer to demonstrate completed work and gathering adjustments and changes;
  • Assisting technical consultants with architecting Dynamics CRM/365 system, related customizations, and reports to model the client’s organizational processes;
  • Writing design specifications pertaining to various aspects of the project;
  • Creating test plans and scripts as well as training plans and materials;
  • Conducting system and end-to-end testing of the application;
  • Collaborating with project team resources in data migration and translation, data integration, training, custom development and report creation workloads.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM/365 software implementations, in a functional lead (or BA) related role;
  • Solid up to date understanding of the Dynamics CRM/365 functional landscape, especially related to the implementation of Sales and Marketing modules;
  • Understanding of the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communication;
  • Strong understanding of the Dynamics CRM/365 solution deployment model;
  • Understanding of Dynamics CRM/365 upgrade and cloud migration processes;
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.

Professional demeanor

  • Ability to present to technical, non-technical, and executive level individuals;
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills;
  • Participation in multiple large or enterprise scale projects;
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM/365;
  • French and English language skills.
