Project Controller Officer

Responsibilities

• Working closely with project teams for the weekly maintenance of multiple project plans and various project documentation.
• Working with project teams to understand and assist with tracking all work, tasks and project assignments.
• Ensuring adherence to the generation and dissemination of project documentation.
• Maintaining good communication with project teams to assure timely and efficient completion of projects, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process at each project site.
• Acting as a project supervisor on smaller projects, dealing directly with our customers.
• Working in a project minded environment where much independence, responsibility and leadership will be required.
• Escalate issues to proper supervisors.
• Provide administrative and logistic support to the Project Manager and project team as required;
• Assist with Project Financials and reconciliations to budget and billing.
• Maintaining document control and project database management. (SharePoint)
• Providing training to new team members and clients regarding project methodology and tools.
• Create projects reports in Power BI connecting with Microsoft project, Azure Dev Ops and SharePoint.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline;
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PCO;
• Strong organizational skills and sense of priorities;
• Autonomy and leadership;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;
• Good knowledge of SharePoint
• Good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Project
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset;
• Good knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and Microsoft Power BI is an asset.
