Reporting to the Vice-President, Business Development and working for a fast growing and dynamic company, the main role of the Senior Account Manager is to establish a long-term partnership with clients, ensure client satisfaction and to maintain and grow Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales in assigned existing accounts.

In collaboration with the Client Support team, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and generating sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 services and licences in existing Thinkmax clients.

The Senior Account Manager is responsible for:

Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing customer care and retention programs;
  • Defining and executing an account development plans (2-year plan);
  • Building and enhancing relationships across the client organization;
  • Renewing software subscription and continuous support programs;
  • Servicing the client while generating additional revenues within the Enterprise Solution service line and cross-selling with other service lines;
  • Leading and coordinating sales opportunities in a collaborative approach;
  • Driving executive presentation meeting and coordinating all resources during product presentation;
  • Measuring and increasing client satisfaction by developing strategies that will contribute to the “Wow” factor; and
  • Maintaining and administering sales processes and corporate systems including pipeline, account and contacts, call plans, call reports and other administrative duties in support of driving sales and administering financial aspects of the business.

Your profile

  • Minimum 15 years of outside sales experience.
  • Deep understanding business objectives and requirements in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, retail, and construction / professional services.
  • Deep understanding of ERP solutions and the scope of such systems.
  • Deep understanding of service offerings and delivery in enterprise business applications.
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management product knowledge and experience is a strong asset.
  • Ability to perform in a team selling environment and collaborate effectively the team.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines for multi-deliverables / ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results in a demanding deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM, BI & MRP solutions is an asset.
  • Ability to perform and to build and maintain strong long term business relationships.
  • Commitment to customer service and success while representing Thinkmax.
  • Excellent communication (non-verbal, verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with technology and Microsoft’s productivity suite.
  • Business degree or equivalent.
