Thinkmax is a growing company offering a highly energized, success driven, fun and supportive environment. We want to expand our Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (Customer Engagement) team by welcoming a Senior Presales Specialist with senior developer skill sets to our rapidly growing practice.

Reporting to the Vice-President of the D365 CE Practice, the Senior Presales Specialist has a deep understanding of industry processes and a detailed knowledge Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail / Commerce, eCommerce applications in order to participate in the growth of CE sales.

Responsibilities

Essential functions will include:

  • Product Evangelism–Assist and deliver software demonstration in lead generation events including seminars, industry conferences and exhibitions;
  • Discovery – Proactively uncover and understand client business objectives and requirements, assess met and unmet needs, problems analysis and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the client and Thinkmax;
  • Preparation –Tailor client specific software presentations that precisely meets the needs of the client. Plan and manage demonstration environments for all solutions related to Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM;
  • Demonstration –Demonstrate software solutions that specifically addresses client’s business requirements and problems. Provide needed business expertise in such processes as manufacturing, distribution, accounting and work flow analysis;
  • Request for Information / Request for Proposal / Proposal Assistance – Participate in response preparation for RFI’s and RFP’s by completing the business analysis and technical components; Generate complete responses to RFI and RFP with the assistance as required of professional services resources;
  • Market Intelligence – Provide market feedback and research and industry analysis shifts and trends, competitive solutions, complementary solutions, best practices, methods as well as new technologies in the industry. Ensuring continuous improvement and sharing of knowledge within Thinkmax;
  • Product Intelligence – Provide market feedback to the sales and professional services teams that can be used to influence or provide feedback on product roadmap items, solutions and implementation projects;
  • Sales assistance –Participate to forums and conferences and represent Thinkmax in industry associations. Participate in all activities required to generate business for Thinkmax;
  • Maintaining and administering corporate systems - Including account and contact information, call plans, call reports and other administrative duties in support of driving sales and administering financial aspects of the business.

Your profile

  • 5-10 Years of experience
  • Understanding business objectives and requirements in the area of Engineering & Retail;
  • Proven track record of giving client presentations / demonstrations / training;
  • Ability to perform in a team selling environment and collaborate effectively with the team;
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of best practices including ability to identify, lead and implement process efficiencies and value added solutions;
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines for multi-deliverables / ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results in a demanding deadline-driven environment;
  • Demonstrated customer focus and strong relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French;
  • May travel to Canada and the United States.
  • Knowledge of CE traditional technologies including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service
  • Knowledge of CE modern technologies including Field Service & Customer Insights
  • French and English presentation and linguistic skills
  • Location, Eastern Canada is preferrable
