As a Senior Digital Sales Executive (Digital experience Platform - DXP & Ecommerce) Services Sales professional reporting to the Vice President Market & Industry, you will be entrusted with driving sales of our company's digital and ecommerce services to clients across various industries. Your role will involve leading strategic sales initiatives, generating leads, building and nurturing prospects and client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' digital transformation and ecommerce needs. With your deep understanding of digital marketing, ecommerce technologies, and consultative sales approach, you will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets and expanding our market presence in the digital services landscape.


  • Sales Strategy Development: Contribute to develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration for our DXP and ecommerce services.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and target prospective clients through collaboration with solutions partners, marketing team for market research and lead generation, networking, and referrals. Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business objectives and positioning our services as solutions to their challenges.
  •  Solution Consultation and Customization: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their digital and ecommerce requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that address clients' specific needs and objectives.
  • Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Articulate the value proposition of our digital and ecommerce services through compelling presentations, product positioning, and case studies, effectively showcasing how our offerings can drive business results for clients.
  • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Prepare detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and contracts tailored to clients' needs. Lead negotiations, address objections, and facilitate the closing of sales agreements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including digital marketing specialists, delivery, project managers, and support staff, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence and Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in digital and ecommerce. Leverage insights to identify market opportunities, refine sales strategies, and enhance service offerings.
  • Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales pipeline, track key performance metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, revenue forecasts, and market trends. Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on digital marketing services, ecommerce solutions, or related technology offerings.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, online retailing trends, and customer experience optimization strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CE), Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
