Responsibilities
- Receive digital support tickets from multiple clients.
- Analyze and propose solutions to client requests (break-fix, additional functionality, training, maintenance) based on industry best practices.
- Generate and validate solution estimates.
- Communicate solution and estimates to clients for approval.
- Provide level 1 support for digital commerce platforms such as Optimizely Customized Commerce, Optimizely Configured Commerce and Microsoft D365 Commerce integrated with ERP’s including D365/ AX2012 platforms.
- Ensure regular and frequent communications (internal and external) on the progress of open tickets.
- Manage code deployments through the development lifecycle.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours client support for urgent situations.
- Support digital solutions in collaboration with internal resources, departments and our clients when required.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience working with ASP.NET MVC.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a developer.
- Experience with Visual Studio.
- Experience with Git or other source control management.
- Experience in web development (HTML 5, JavaScript / jQuery).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with the Azure tech stack is an asset (Function Apps, Web Services, API Management, Application Insights).
- Experience with a digital commerce solution is an asset.
- Experience with a Front-End development framework: React, Angular an asset.
- Experience with Dynamics D365 is an asset.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage several cases simultaneously and prioritize activities.
