Responsibilities

  • Receive digital support tickets from multiple clients.
  • Analyze and propose solutions to client requests (break-fix, additional functionality, training, maintenance) based on industry best practices.
  • Generate and validate solution estimates.
  • Communicate solution and estimates to clients for approval.
  • Provide level 1 support for digital commerce platforms such as Optimizely Customized Commerce, Optimizely Configured Commerce and Microsoft D365 Commerce integrated with ERP’s including D365/ AX2012 platforms.
  • Ensure regular and frequent communications (internal and external) on the progress of open tickets.
  • Manage code deployments through the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours client support for urgent situations.
  • Support digital solutions in collaboration with internal resources, departments and our clients when required.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working with ASP.NET MVC.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a developer.
  • Experience with Visual Studio.
  • Experience with Git or other source control management.
  • Experience in web development (HTML 5, JavaScript / jQuery).
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience with the Azure tech stack is an asset (Function Apps, Web Services, API Management, Application Insights).
  • Experience with a digital commerce solution is an asset.
  • Experience with a Front-End development framework: React, Angular an asset.
  • Experience with Dynamics D365 is an asset.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Ability to manage several cases simultaneously and prioritize activities.
